Mr. Keegan is a musician and educator from Seal Beach with a passion for helping others and sharing his love of music with the next generation. Mr. Keegan graduated from the Musicians Institute in 2020 with a Bachelor of Music, emphasizing Percussion Performance, and also earned an Associate of Arts in Drum Performance. Prior to that, he attended the Young Americans College of the Performing Arts, where he participated in international music education tours, teaching in schools and communities across the U.S., Germany, Ireland, Japan, and other countries. These experiences helped shape his approach to music education, blending creativity, discipline, and cultural awareness.

Since 2021, Mr. Keegan has been a drum teacher at WePlay Music, where he teaches workshops, participates in recitals, and guides students through beginner to advanced drumming curriculums. In addition to his work with students, he communicates regularly with families and administrative teams to ensure a positive and customized learning experience for each student. Known for his engaging teaching style and dedication to fostering a love of music, Mr. Keegan provides students with a solid foundation in drumming while encouraging their personal growth as musicians.

Currently, Mr. Keegan also serves as a Kindergarten and Preschool music teacher at the Los Alamitos Unified School District. In his free time, he enjoys creating and performing music with friends. With his wealth of experience in music and education, Mr. Keegan ensures that every student at WePlay Music has a rewarding and enjoyable journey that fosters both skill development and a lifelong love of music.
