RETURN AND SHIPPING POLICY

WePlay Music accepts the following methods of payment: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, PayPal.
Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 5 business days of being placed.
WePlay Music charges a flat rate of $3.99 for US orders. There is only one shipping option, there is no option for expedited shipping.
You can expect your US order to arrive via regular mail within 10 business days, this may be increased for some remote locations.
WePlay Music cannot be held responsible for any delayed shipments as a result of weather or postal strikes.
WePlay Music are unable to make any changes to your order once it has shipped. WePlay Music will endeavor to make changes before the order is shipped, although due to the volume of orders this cannot be guaranteed.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed if the products arrive damaged, defective or incorrect. WePlay Music is not responsible for the cost of re-shipment of the exchanged item.
Please note: You will not be refunded for the initial shipping charge.
WePlay Music will replace any damaged, defective, and incorrect items that are reported to info@weplaymusic.com within 14 days of receiving your order
Refund and Return Policy
WePlay Music does not offer refunds at this time.
Orders that are returned to WePlay Music as undeliverable will not be re-shipped. Your undeliverable order will be automatically refunded and you will be notified of the refund via email. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you will need to place a new order.
Please note: You will not be refunded for the shipping charge.
If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact info@weplaymusic.com.
WePlay Music is not responsible for the return shipping fees. Consumers are responsible for packaging and returning the item(s) in the same condition it was given.
Promotions
Please note: Coupon codes are not retroactive and price adjustments will not be issued on orders placed prior to the start of any promotion. If you fail to use a coupon code on any order, we will not issue a refund for the price difference and you must place a new order to use the code.
